AI TRANSPARENCY NOTICE FOR CORRIENTE VIVA SL
Last update: July 8, 2026
1. Purpose
CORRIENTE VIVA SL, owner of the CurrentWorks brand, publishes this notice voluntarily to explain where and how it uses artificial intelligence in its products, services and content. This notice is aligned with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, applicable from 2 August 2026, and with our principle that every claim we publish must survive independent verification.
2. Where we use artificial intelligence
In CurrentInnovation we use automated analysis and machine learning to support the classification of energy startups within our proprietary taxonomy and to detect trends. In CurrentPulse we automatically process public data from European electricity markets to generate indicators and market intelligence. Our team may also use artificial intelligence tools during the research and analysis phases of our publications.
3. Where a person decides
Every report and analysis we publish undergoes human editorial review, and an identified person takes responsibility for its content. Our classification methodology is defined, applied and supervised by our team. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
4. AI-generated content.
Where published content has been generated or substantially altered by artificial intelligence and has not undergone human editorial review with assumed responsibility, we will label it clearly and visibly.
5. Interacting with AI systems.
This site currently includes no automated conversational assistant. If we introduce one in the future, it will be clearly identified as such from the start of the interaction.
6. Independence of our analysis.
Classification, ranking and coverage of companies in our market intelligence products are not influenced by commercial relationships. Being a CurrentWorks client or member neither improves nor worsens a company's position in our analysis. Our methodology is described at [link to methodology page, pending R22].
7. Personal data.
Our use of these systems is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use artificial intelligence systems to make automated decisions with legal effects on users.
8. Supervision and contact.
The Spanish supervisory authority in this field is the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA). For any question about this notice, write to talkfirst@currentworks.com.
9. Updates.
We may update this notice to reflect regulatory or product changes. Each version will be published on this page with its update date.
